A $75 Fee is required for all Reservations.
Reservations will be held for 7 days. If unit reservation is not completed within 7 days the $75 fee is non-refundable.
Upon completion of an online reservation the $75 fee is applied as the security deposit for your unit.
* All units are rented on a 4 week billing period.
